Growing seasons are winding down and soon we’ll be in the middle of winter and missing the amazing variety of produce at our finger tips right now. I know some children feel a little adversely to vegetables. Even though I have a deep love of vegetables at times my own daughter is a little less than thrilled about them. The more often you offer up vegetables for your children the more of a chance you have of them eating  them. Why not try? So now is the time to make some delicious foods using great fall vegetables. I propose a few kid friendly fall recipes for your enjoyment.
