St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner and Pinterest feeds are overflowing with leprechaun traps, rainbow crafts and lots and lots of foods chock full of green dye. While a few drops of food coloring in a glass of milk makes for an exciting morning, it’s kind of hard to do if your house is an artificial ingredient-free zone.

Getting rid of dyes doesn’t mean you have to get rid of all the fun, though! Luckily, I’ve compiled a list of 13 kid-friendly recipes that are naturally colored.

1. Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake

2. Bell Pepper Shamrocks with Avocado Dip

3. Rainbow Oatmeal Bar

4. Matcha Green Tea Pistachio Muffins

5. Green Mac and Cheese

8. Green Pancakes

9. Honeydew Popsicles

10. Broccoli and Feta Frittata

11. Green Cinnamon “Oat”meal Raisin Cookies

With all of the colorful foods available it is super easy to come up with great dye-free St. Patrick’s Day recipes for kids year after year without any repeats. Let the “greening” begin!
